- Apartment internal fitouts have now commenced on level 23, and continue on the levels below this.
- The tower crane is expected to be dismantled by mid-March, with all windows and external architectural fins to be completed by the end of March.
In relation to the construction programme the status is as follows:

- Basement works: Completed
- Structure works: In Progress
- Services rough in: In Progress
- Window glazing: In Progress
- Facade cladding: In Progress
- Internal fit out works: In Progress
- Finishing works
- Practical completion
Anticipated completion is June 2017*.
