Ilixir offers bayside urban living only a short drive from Melbourne’s CBD.

  • Install kitchen joinery to all levels
  • Complete first coat paint to all apartments
  • Completed all plaster works
  • Commence swing stage works to finish façade cladding
  • Completed water tapping
  • Completed fire tank installation

Anticipated completion and handover is still tracking towards Spring 2017*.
