Located in Wantirna South Victoria, Kubix Apartments is a luxury residential statement to transform the face of modern living.

Every level adds a new perspective and sweeping vistas, from the foothills to the mountain ranges, take centre stage. Constructions is progressing well as follows:

Stage 2

  • Plastering has commenced on the lower levels with window and facade installation currently taking place
  • Columns installed to the top of the building
  • Concrete works complete and lift shaft roof installed
  • Windows and facade installed up to level 7
  • Services rough-in up to level 6
  • Joinery and tiling is now complete on level 1
  • Anticipated completion date is June 2017*.

Stage 3

  • Concrete structure complete up to level 8
  • Facade installation has commenced on levels 1 to 3
  • Services rough-in complete up to level 3
  • Anticipated completion date is October 2017*
  • Upon completion the pool, sauna and outdoor deck will be complete and available for residents to access and enjoy in time for Summer 2017.
