Longhouse

Longhouse is a framed cantilever structure of different colours, materials and proportions featuring shared public spaces such as a café and commercial offices. Its great connectivity and proximity to Melbourne promises continuous strong yields and capital growth.

Constructions on Longhouse has commenced and the following has been completed:

  • Over 50% of the details excavation works have been completed and the plumbing, drainage and early foundations have begun being poured. Over 230 piles have now been dug around the perimeter of the site.
  • The Statement of Environmental Audit has been received from the Auditor giving the site the official clean bill of health. Works are moving ahead at a rapid rate.
  • The ground floor slab and stacker pits have been poured and the lift shaft has been completed.

Longhouse is expected for June 2018 settlement.*
