Development Update: Mason Point Release 3

Mason Point Release 3, located in Mill Park Victoria, has been designed for living. People in this diverse area enjoy a mix of energy, vibrancy and relaxed, easy living. From the shops at the buzzing Westfield centre to natural attractions like the nearby Plenty Gorge Park, Quarry Hills Park and the Mill Park Reserve, there’s always plenty to do and enjoy. Good schools are close by too. And, of course, the new South Morang Station and easy access to freeways and major roads means you can get to just about anywhere with ease.

Release 1 and Release 2 have both been completed and sold out. Construction works on Mason Point Release 3 are tracking well with anticipated completion mid-September 2016.

Exterior works are now complete, scaffold has been dropped and exterior tiling works are nearing completion.

Interior update as follows:

Level 1 works have now been completed in full and are being defected in advance of Practical Completion
Level 2 works are largely complete. Carpet is being installed to the last of them now prior to the defect process
Level 3 exterior tiling works are nearly complete. Carpet install commences shortly.

Landscaping works (including the installation of the outdoor gym) have commenced and will be complete by the end of August.
