Spencer Melbourne is set to blend modern and heritage in groundbreaking ways.
420 Spencer Street has always been a striking building. As one of Melbourne’s premier examples of art deco architecture, Spencer Apartments are building upon the existing 1930s building in order to bring old and new together to groundbreaking effect.
Spencer Melbourne is progressing rapidly and settlement is still on track for mid 2017*. Construction update as follows:
- Lift core has now reached level 39
- Slab has been poured to level 35
- Internal fit out completed up to level 15
- Kitchens installed to level 22
- Common areas including the pool, gym and theatre nearing completion
- Level 27 rooftop garden fit out has commenced
- Restoration of the heritage facade has commenced
