2015 Australian Achiever Awards
The judging process for the 2015 Australia Achiever Awards for NSW’s Real Estate Services category was completed on 2nd June.
Now into its eighteenth year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from a business’s own customers – an indication of a well-run business where satisfied customers are a sign that a business is healthy, worthy of praise and increased custom.
The award system focuses on seven criteria, each scored separately, namely Time Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication, and Overall Perception
The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80% is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.
We are proud to announce that ParkTrent Properties Group scored a highly recommended 94.70% for customer satisfaction in the 2015 Australian Achiever Awards. Thank you to all our clients who provided this invaluable feedback – we couldn’t have done it without you.
Here are some of the comments that Australian Achiever received from ParkTrent Properties Group clients:
- “We are in no doubt that they truly value their customers because they make sure we understand everything they are doing on our behalf. Their professionalism is of the highest standard and, because they pay attention to what their customers want to achieve, they look for the best options that will suit you”.
- “We are more than happy with the outcome and their overall service. They promised we would get to achieve our expectations and they were correct. In the end, we have achieved what we had hoped for”.
- “This is my first time dealing with a real estate agent in any shape or form and I am most impressed with how smoothly everything is organised. They were more than professional in their dealings with me, and were always supportive and helpful whenever I contacted them. Consequently, all our dealings have been trouble free”.
