Development Update: Acacia Waters
Acacia Waters is a new family residential community. It offers an abundance of outdoor living including a crystal tropical pool and barbeque pergolas overlooking acres of evergreen gardens, walk paths, and open lawns.
Acacia Waters provides the freedom for growing young families room to run, have fun and relax.
Construction is progress well as follows:
- Stages 1 – 3 are completed and sold out. Residents and tenants have moved in and are enjoying all the development, and surrounding area, has to offer
- Stage 4 is 50% sold
- Building G (Units 85 – 102) is anticipated for July 2017 completion*
- Construction of Building I (Units 119 – 130) will commence on the completion of Building G
- Construction of Building H (Units 103 – 118) will commence on the completion of Building I
- Anticipated completion of Stage 4 (all three buildings) is June 2018*. Each building will be delivered and settled upon individual completion.
