Development Update: Alba, Mason Point Release 5

Alba is the fifth release at Mason Point, a development whose name has become synonymous with affordable luxury living.

These elegantly crafted two and three bedroom townhomes and apartments showcase a balance of design which makes the most of the beautiful natural surroundings.

Construction is progressing well as follows:

Excellent progress is being made onsite thanks to a protracted stretch of fine weather
All internal roads are now constructed up to their finished subgrade level and all in-ground services works are now complete
Townhouses 47-56 have had their slab poured and ground level framing works are well advanced
During November, the ground slab for Townhouses 28-46 will be poured allowing for framing to commence prior to Christmas
All major pads and footings have now been poured for the apartment building and preparation has begun to pour the ground slab
Apartment works are progressing well against the program and standing precast is likely to commence prior to the end of the year.
