  • Gravity is progressing ahead of programme thanks to the great work of Hamilton Marino.
  • Structural works continue, with levels 28-30 to be poured by the end of February and therefore topping out the structure.
  • Apartment internal fitouts have now commenced on level 23, and continue on the levels below this.
  • The tower crane is expected to be dismantled by mid-March, with all windows and external architectural fins to be completed by the end of March.

In relation to the construction programme the status is as follows:

  1. Site set up works: Completed
  2. Bulk excavation: Completed
  3. Basement works: Completed
  4. Structure works: In Progress
  5. Services rough in: In Progress
  6. Window glazing: In Progress
  7. Facade cladding: In Progress
  8. Internal fit out works: In Progress
  9. Finishing works
  10. Practical completion

Anticipated completion is June 2017*.
