Development Update: Kubix

Located in Wantirna South Victoria, Kubix Apartments is a luxury residential statement to transform the face of modern living.

Constructions is progressing well as follows:

Stage 2

Plastering has commenced on the lower levels with window and facade installation currently taking place
Columns installed to the top of the building
Concrete works complete and lift shaft roof installed
Windows and facade installed up to level 7
Services rough-in up to level 6
Joinery and tiling is now complete on level 1
Anticipated completion date is June 2017*.

Stage 3

Concrete structure complete up to level 8
Facade installation has commenced on levels 1 to 3
Services rough-in complete up to level 3
Anticipated completion date is October 2017*
Upon completion the pool, sauna and outdoor deck will be complete and available for residents to access and enjoy in time for Summer 2017.
