The developer has provided the following constructions update:
- A reputable builder has been appointed
- Demolition of the site is expected to commence within the next two to four weeks
- Demolition will take approximately two weeks
- Construction/excavation of the site will commence at the conclusion of demolition
- As a result, it is estimated for completion in August 2018* as it would be fair to indicate a 18 month turn around for construction completion
