Development Update: Patch

Demolition is about to commence onsite and this marks the precursor for construction commencement of Patch.
Current works completed as at 6 June 2017:
- Element Five appointed as builder for Patch
- Abolishment of electricity and gas services to site complete to commence demolition
- Protection works notices served and complete
- Demolition permit and Asset Protection Permit received
- Display suite strip out complete
Imminent works scheduled:
- Demolition is anticipated to commence in June 2017
- Construction to commence following demolition
- Site establishment, bored piers followed by bulk excavation are included in first stage of works
