Construction works continued and the following has been completed in the last few months:

  • Approaching completion of underground services and basement level works
  • Clearing the site of water, sewer, and other utilities & services assets, rerouting them around the site, and upgrading them to suit the design and demands of a modern day development
  • Tower crane erected and imminent completion of the basement slab on ground
  • Full site retention complete
  • Subgrade drainage trenching and installation will be completed
  • Detailed excavation and footings work complete
  • All foundation pile caps have been completed
  • Tower crane fully erected
  • Concrete slab on ground 90% complete
  • Installation of precast concrete walls for main building core areas (e.g., elevator and stairwell shafts) has commenced.

The current build program is scheduled for a September 2017 completion*.
