Development Update: Aura

Aura at Varsity Lakes brings a new dimension to life on the Gold Coast. Here you’ll enjoy everything that makes the coast famous the world over – plus, something extra. The cool confidence of a very modern and self-contained precinct, where every aspect of life positively hums.

Aura is designed for an effortless lifestyle from top to bottom. Each building features a private rooftop terrace and Zen garden, with views across the lake to the Burleigh Heads skyline and beaches. At night the towers glow with their own aura, created by LED lights glowing from the lake terrace pools below.

Construction on Aura is progress well as follows:

Structural:
Tower 2 – Slab poured up to level 6 and level 6 columns have been poured in preparation for level 7 slab pour.
Tower 3 – Slab poured up to level 6.

Internal:
Level 1 – Gyprock and setting complete with carpentry in progress.
Level 2 – Gyprock setting in process.
Level 3 – Wall framing in progress.

Construction is on track for completion October with settlements in November*.
