Development Update: Hercules

The Hercules project is now sold out! Hercules has really resonated with buyers and highlights the strong demand for riverfront property in Brisbane.

Constructions is progressing well as follows:

• The builders have finished pouring the concrete for all 16 levels
• The dynamic architectural façade designed to represent the sails of a ship is now installed
• The internal finishes of apartments including kitchen cabinetry, carpets and tiling are now complete to Level 5
• Work is now focused on the Recreational Deck
• Scheduled for 1st August completion*.
