As construction progresses, the developers are constantly and relentlessly identifying improvements to the functionality and quality of apartments. Thus, please be advised a legal Further Statement will be issued to you via your solicitor shortly. You are not required to sign any documents as a result of this action.
The Further Statement is a legal, routine requirement undertaken by developers to provide purchasers with updates on minor building changes as construction evolves. It is important to note, there are no changes to apartment size or fit out or any material changes to the building façade, etc. Several improvements have been made to resident facilities and car parking access. These upgrades include:
- Structural redesign of the basement and car park levels to improve accessibility
- Increased storage for the onsite management team
- Addition of a park view, fully equipped Fitness Room on the Podium Recreation Level.
