Development Update: Ilixir

Construction has continued in earnest and on schedule at Ilixir. The following works have been completed:
- Retention and foundation piling has been completed
- Capping beam construction is 80% complete
- Bulk excavation has commenced
- The basement, ground floor and level 1 slab pours have been completed
- Forming up ground level has been completed
- A new laneway gantry is underway
- Concrete pump has been installed
- Construction of the precast panels and columns to level 1 are well underway.
Anticipated completion and handover is still tracking towards Spring 2017.
