Ilixir offers bayside urban living only a short drive from Melbourne’s CBD.

Construction has continued in earnest and on schedule at Ilixir. The following works have been completed:

  • Retention and foundation piling has been completed
  • Capping beam construction is 80% complete
  • Bulk excavation has commenced
  • The basement, ground floor and level 1 slab pours have been completed
  • Forming up ground level has been completed
  • A new laneway gantry is underway
  • Concrete pump has been installed
  • Construction of the precast panels and columns to level 1 are well underway.

Anticipated completion and handover is still tracking towards Spring 2017.
