Development Update: Alba, Mason Point Release 5

Alba is the fifth release at Mason Point, a development whose name has become synonymous with affordable luxury living.

These elegantly crafted two and three bedroom townhomes and apartments showcase a balance of design which makes the most of the beautiful natural surroundings.

Townhomes G47 – 56
Private landscaping is nearing completion and appliances installed in anticipation of valuer inspections which are due to take place over the coming weeks. With title registration due to occur in June, it is expect that first residents will be able to move in by the end of July*.

Townhomes G22 – 27
The ground slab has been prepped and will be ready to pour by the end of the month. Timber frames will be delivered shortly with the aim of completing structural works by the end of the month.

Other Townhomes
The balance of Townhomes are now in the final stages of being wrapped and flashed, meaning that they should all be watertight within the fortnight. Kitchen and bathroom joinery is being installed and bathroom fittings have now been delivered to site. At this stage we are targeting completion by the end of August*.

Apartments
The structure is now complete to the apartment building and the roof trusses are currently being measured for roof install. Windows and sliding doors are being installed to the lower levels with plasterboard works due to commence imminently.

Construction has also begun to the commercial building which adjoins the central piazza. Tenants are currently being sought to occupy this fantastic space.
