Development Update: Alba, Mason Point Release 5

Alba is the fifth release at Mason Point, a development whose name has become synonymous with affordable luxury living.

These elegantly crafted two and three bedroom townhomes and apartments showcase a balance of design which makes the most of the beautiful natural surroundings.

Construction is progressing well as follows:

Apartments are progressing well with concrete structure works now 90% complete. Framing to Level One is due to commence by mid-February. Perimeter blockwork and internal structural walls have now been installed also – beginning to see the tenancies and the car park coming out of the ground.
The Townhomes are proceeding at an accelerated rate, roofing works are completed for Townhomes 47-56 and cladding works have commenced to the east elevation. A good bulk of the windows are expected to be installed by the end of February – the large expanses of glass will really enhance the natural landscape.
Level 1 structure works are now complete for Townhomes 28-37 with timber frames being erected to Level 1 in early February. The balance of Townhomes have had all in-ground services works completed with a ground slab to be poured by mid-February.
