The Hercules project is now sold out! Hercules has really resonated with buyers and highlights the strong demand for riverfront property in Brisbane.
Constructions is progressing well as follows:
- Hutchinson Builders are on track with construction up to level 11
- Car parks and basements have been completed
- Since our last update, the Portside Warf premier urban precinct has seen 4 new restaurants open. There are now more than 30 cafes, venues and bars open in Portside Warf making it the retail heart of Northshore Hamilton
- On track for an August 2017 completion
